Ever since then.
I kept sending a follow up message,
They kept telling me
Account still under review, patience.

I got the a notification regarding my account ID verification, after the verification
I got a message that my account has been verified,
The support team schedule a call with me for a video verification.
Which I did and gave all necessary information they requested for
