1/ Wake up, no phone for the first 30 min. Your brain deserves to boot up before it's hijacked.
2/ Water before coffee. Your body's been fasting for 8 hours.
3/ 10 min movement — not a workout, just motion. Blood flow = clarity.
4/ Write 3 sentences: what matters today, what doesn't, what you're avoiding.
5/ Hardest task first. Willpower is highest in the morning — spend it wisely.
6/ This isn't about perfection. It's about a floor you never fall below.
I once cleared an aircraft for landing in calm winds.
Everything looked perfect on the surface.
But I still double-checked the localizer and surface wind.
In aviation and in life:
Comfort is not the same as safety.
