@LoveBanus Why are you charging people a 10% admin fee to refund peoples money for the may bank holiday? That is so slimy and crooked. Bad form and needs stop. A mate put a £91.25 deposit down and is getting a £54.75 refund as they have taken 10% (£36.50) of the original booking fee £365.

So i get back in contact with UA about the laces and get a response from the UA rep that I was baffled with. The rep had sent me a link to purchase laces from a website @MrLacyOfficial which im sure provide great laces but its not really the point.

So we are in August now and the new pair of laces have started to fray. Less than 6 months after purchasing the boots i have gone through 2 pairs of laces and the sole is very worn. I have never experienced this and am extremely disappointed in the durability of the boots.
