@AAjju_33 Partly, Courts themselves are responsible. For a long time they have been lenient & magnanimous by accepting insincere ‘apologies’ or imposing token penalties like a mere ₹1/-, when they should have been ruthless with those who have shown contempt. Still not too late to rectify.
@VIGNESHBJP_KTK I’m reminded of that Bond movie ‘Spectre’ . ‘Safe houses’ and ‘Informants’ must always remain, absolutely unknown to the public except for the people who know them! Otherwise, Safe houses can become unsafe & informants get exposed.
@TVMohandasPai Honestly, it is time that Courts cracked the whip and start enforcing the contempt of court laws strictly to the full extent . Most of these ‘apologies’ are insincere and made just to escape fines/ jail terms.
@RatanSharda55 You mean cancel his ‘Sanad’ . What is the BCI/ SCBA doing? Clearly, he has utter contempt for the Constitution and all other institutions under it that he claims to be defending .
Please read scholarly articles on the effects of abuse of anabolic androgens on the human brain and heart. It may explain a lot of things happening around you.
@AmitLeliSlayer The State has a responsibility under the Constitution to take care of mentally sick persons and institutionalised if necessary. But then, the Government has to quickly setup more mental health care units!
@FltLtAnoopVerma Why is the @ECISVEEP keeping quiet? Sue the IE and the journalist who wrote the story for civil & criminal defamation of a Constitutional body and it’s officials.
