@Fender The Best sounding Guitar, ever!!! I modified my 1st Strat. (circa: early 60's) pick-ups to split front to middle, and middle to rear, to try to emulate that sound. Close, but not the same as twin Humbuckers! (2 singles, opposite poles) I loved my Jag. though! Love the new stuff!

@john_buscarino @Fender Wish I still had my 1st. Strat. back! I think it was a1969 sunburst one. I would position the 3-way switch between the front and middle, and middle to rear pickups for the sound I wanted. I might have been the 1st.? to install a slide switch below the 3-way, for this function!
