She simply said she would pass on the information to the San Diego Airport location branch manager. We are now approaching 6 hours and 30 minutes into this. I've missed one family dinner, flew in from Charleston South Carolina, can't get this time back.

To contact the branch directly, that is why the direct phone numbers are hidden from the public and corporate office will not allow you to contact them or transfer them. I spent more than 20 minutes talking to a supervisor from the SIXT roadside who said it wasn't her concern.

When I spent 45 minutes on the phone 6 hours ago getting this replacement taken care of, my number one concern was not to get a smaller vehicle because it would not fit the luggage that we had. And look what happens, that branch manager didn't listen apparently and customers are

@SixtRentACar The incompetence and outright dangerous situation your company put my family in. The San Diego Airport location rented out a BMW X4 that's due maintenance with faulty brake pads!!! I have spent 6hrs+ now to get a replacement. You guys send X3 that won't fit bags.
