Service today is a joke. How is it that there are no trains out of kings cross for an hour and when I get to Finsbury Park no trains on the board either. Sort it out! #GNRail

@VirginTrains To be honest it just sounds as if you didn’t plan your repairs well enough. I’ll still travel with you, but I just think your planning is rubbish and your trains on a lot of services are overbooked and your fares are overpriced for the service you deliver.

@VirginTrains It was the 15:51 Coventry to London. It just seems a poor excuse to cancel a train and poor planning to not run a service for that reason.

@VirginTrains you are rubbish. First you cancel the train because all the trains need servicing at the same time and then there’s no seats on the next one. #drivinghomenexttime
