Look into what a similar apartment would go for now.
Now compare the price of your house in 2005 to what a similar one goes for now.
Even with inflation in mind, the wages/affordability is not the same.

Where I live a woman posted about the difficulty of just finding a place that provides lidocaine. A lot of pain *is* avoidable. Woman should have the access to it.
