Iโm ready for my new school and ready to lead the change these kids deserve! Thank you @adamddrummond for your advice and inspo! ๐ฏ Iโm still waiting for the $500โฆ.๐
I went from F's and D's to A's and B's in one semester because I had a community of educators and school employees, like those at your school, to love me, to help me, to encourage me, and to give me the support I needed to turn things around. Let's GO!!!
My message to our staff right now is simple - keep it simple!
My job as principal right is simple - keep it simple for my staff!
This is not the time to over complicate the work we are doing! Keep it simple! Keep the main thing, the main thing!
@mradamwelcome @RaeHughart@burgessdave Iโm a principal and we just need something to pump them up and keep them going amidst the craziness and all they are being asked to do. ๐ค๐ป
Im broken, in tears. Students are messaging me. Straight up devastated for my students, staff and community! Devastated for my families, they dont have much, worried about their & my staffs well being! I get the why & thought I was ready to hear it, but donโt want to believe it!

Less testing
More adaptability
Improved family/school partnership
Let kids learn like kids

A school Superintendent said something profound in his address cancelling school for the next 3 weeks. โIn the end, it will be impossible to know if we overreacted or did too much, but it will be QUITE apparent if we under reacted or did too little.โ
Hear those words my friends.
