@InstacartHelp my account was deactivated today for construction and needing to take a different road. I messaged and they came back with a bot saying they looked into it and they will not be reactivated the account.

@Instacart How can you take down a drivers account for traffic and roads being closed?! My account was deactivated due to me “taking too long” and not using the same road you wanted, but it was closed so I needed to go around the construction. I filed a dispute and they said nope.
