(5/5) Thanks to all MHI'ers for your hard work and to our new team members for making the decision to lean forward, leverage their lived experience for the benefit of others and for wanting to pay it forward.

(1/5) It's the end of another productive week! Some of the folks here at Mental Health Innovations Consulting are starting to take some well-deserved time off as summer settles in. So proud to be working with so many great people.
(4/5) We had our very first meeting with our new team of Peer Supporters, and the onboarding and training process is now officially underway. Meeting the team on Monday was a real treat for me.
(2/3) Thank you @ABBlueCross and @NatlWellnessInt for hosting this event to help others learn how to manage and prevent burnout in their organization, de-stigmatize mental health and create healthy and thriving workplaces.
(3/3) A special thank you to those who coordinated the event and to everyone who attended. I hope you share my belief in the importance of human interaction and the need for peer support to take its rightful place as an equal partner in the #mentalhealth system.
(1/3) Just reflecting on my experience at last night's @Centre_Square event. I was fortunate to be invited to present my views on what we need to do next in our country to ensure those struggling get the help they need.
(2/3) Clinical care and medication alone are not enough. Throughout the recovery process, people also need the support of peers. #peersupport
It was encouraging to hear the panel that preceded me echo my sentiments.
Getting ready to present my keynote. "PTSDx One Persons Journey Towards Healing". Great to be here at the @Centre_Square event with William (Bill) Hetherington, a paramedic with 47 years of service in Halton region and Rob "Kayto" Sonoda, CEO, GM at @Centre_Square#mentalhealth
