@jdorow19 @Pardot I understand. Moving to one user would be for troubleshooting. If it works with one user then you would know your trigger works and you can troubleshoot from there
@jdorow19 @Pardot It would be best to keep it all in Pardot. But you could make a workflow in salesforce to change ownership if you can’t get Pardot working. I would troubleshoot Pardot first. Maybe start by changing it from a group to one user. See if that works then go from there
@jdorow19 @Pardot Yea do you know how to get to setup? If so go to users then find your name and click on it and see what profile you have assigned to your record
@jdorow19 @Pardot If you want we can maybe do a screen share to look at it. It looks like your trigger is set up correct I think we would just need to trouble shoot to get it working. I am a certified admin so if you have permission I could help on the salesforce side of the trouble shoot
@jdorow19 @Pardot Interesting.. it has to be a permission issue. Do you have salesforce admin permission in salesforce? That could help troubleshoot to see if it’s on salesforce or Pardot side
@jdorow19 @Pardot If you created the user in Pardot then you would be good on the Pardot side. To make sure they are salesforce users you can just search their name in salesforce and see if they are a user. Assuming you have the permission to see other users
@jdorow19 @Pardot You could build it in salesforce as a work around. You would just need a field to go to salesforce that would tell the owner of the record. Do you have a screen shot of your Pardot rule?
