Thank-you, #EnterpriseRentACar. I’ve lost a days vacation, I’m out $230 for Universal tickets that I can’t use, and instead of the small luxury SUV I rented, I’m in an econoshitbox Hyundai. I’m not your biggest customer, but I’ve been a regular for years. I’d hoped for better.
