My phonepe account is blocked since one month .only the ticket is generated but not getting any solution till today.
There is no contact from your customer care team . Whenever i m trying to call on your customer number zero response.

Disappointed with @PhonePe’s customer service. My issue was closed without resolution, and there’s no way to reach support through the provided number.

With this kind of experience, I’ve lost trust and decided to stop using PhonePe.

@PhonePeSupport There no unusual activity done from the account. Please give me the full information about that .
And give me the reason why the account cannot be reinstated?

But the exam are still ofline mode. In our college 3 teachers nd 2 students are corona positive but still college going as usal. +3 3rd sem Exam should be done in online mode as ofline mode is not possible due to daily rising cases .
