I'm reaching out publicly because I've hit a wall with your email support and I'm hoping someone on your team can actually take a closer look at my situation.
On 5th February2025, I initiated a transfer of $1,979.70 from my Binance account to my CadRemit wallet. I triple-checked everything before hitting send—the wallet address was correct, and most importantly, the NETWORK was absolutely correct.
Where I made a mistake was sending USDT instead of USDC. I understand that these are different tokens, but here's the critical part: because the network was the same, those funds arrived safely on the blockchain. They are sitting in CadRemit's wallet right now, just not automatically credited to my account.
Instead of helping me resolve this, I received a generic email from "Adedolamu" stating that sending to the wrong network results in irreversible loss and they cannot recover such transactions. But this is NOT a wrong network case! This is a wrong token but correct network situation—which is completely different and should be recoverable by any technical support agent who can manually check the wallet balance using my transaction ID (TXID).
I have the TXID. I have the screenshot from Binance showing the successful transfer. I have proof that the destination address is my CadRemit wallet. The money didn't vanish into thin air—it's right there in CadRemit's possession.
I chose CadRemit because I trusted you with my money. I've been a loyal user. But being told my funds are "irreversibly lost" when they're actually sitting in your wallet feels wrong and honestly, very stressful. This is nearly $2,000—money I worked hard for.

1. Reassign my ticket to a technical agent who understands blockchain transactions
2. Check the wallet associated with my deposit address manually using the TXID :4VQCwSwx4VTbvvsHRcZZiqNJLPmYm2VAak5TepUWk9r25hMZydTXCtJLqvc3YiafHihrw7gz3qmYp8TLogFUXdEk
3. Credit my account with the USDT or reverse the transaction so I can resend as USDC
I don't want to believe that a platform I trusted would leave a customer hanging over a technicality that CAN be fixed. Other exchanges and fintech apps do manual recoveries for cases like this all the time.
