S-O Associates have completed the CAPS onboarding process. They are ready to partner with community businesses and organizations on various projects. As a symbol of their accomplishment, each associate received an official CAPS pen and was honored in the CAPS Penning Ceremony.

S-O CAPS launched its local design sprint today. Andre Abadie, Executive Director of the Osceola County Economic Development Commission, presented the Commission’s background, mission, and problem. Associates will have until Tuesday, January 16, 2024, to pitch solutions.

Sibley-Ocheyedan CAPS is gearing up to launch its 2023-2024 CAPS course in January where new associates will partner with businesses and the community to innovate, problem-solve, explore careers, and hone professional skills.
