@Charbroil STILL not connected to my app. A few chats and phone calls later only to find all these crazy little settings need to be changed before it will work. Like I have to change my HOME NETWORK password???? Why does that have anything to do with why my app won't connect?

@Charbroil very unhappy customer here. Spent hundreds of dollars and a few hours of my day setting up my new smart chef grill only to find out it can’t be connected until Wednesday!!! Unacceptable! No notification on the app or website after spending an hour trying to connect.🤬
