@MoCA_GoI I Col Bhupinder Singh Rehal am booked on Indigo 6E 6522 Rpr- IXC. Trying web check in since yesterday. No free seat being offered. Customer care says facility NA to senior citizen. However I can get paid seats or the seat will be assigned at the airport. Traveling alone

@IndiGo6E @MoCA_GoI No such condition was intimated earlier. If physical verification is a pre condition then how are PAID seats available WITHOUT Verification!!
Also how has the SEAT (27 E) BEEN ASSIGNED from Lko to IXC?
Now I can't use the much touted Digiyatra

@MoCA_GoI This way I am being denied Digiyatra facility as boarding pass is needed. Instead of being helpful to a senior citizen Ex serviceman, things are being made more difficult. Seeking your help as I am traveling alone. Regards
