4 days later, 3 of Ken Starr’s Clinton witnesses show up at the debate with Hillary, which was part of the strategy to counteract an event THAT HADN’T HAPPENED when Epstein first emailed Starr.

The tape had been internally leaked at NBC on October 3, and someone leaked it to the Washington Post on October 7th.
