@NHLFlames Conroy does it again. His ability to get team friend value in contracts like this is remarkable he did the same with Wolf and Coronato. I’m sure he’ll do it again during the next batch of negotiations.
Let’s hope Nemec finds his game in Calgary.
Briere definitely opened a can of worms with this Carlson move. There’s a reason GMs have avoided it for so long. Celebrini is available next year and I’m sure that every team will be knocking down the door to offer sheet him.
Hextall’s got some insane skill, didn’t know he had a dawg in him like that.
Reschny, carels, Phillips, Wyttenbach, Iginla, Trejbal, and Harrington’s shot are my other standouts today.
Obviously 3 on 3 hard to take anything of substance away.
I really don’t care if Joe Iginla ain’t gonna be anything we got Carsen Carels, I’m having fun.
Plenty of good forward prospects are already in the system anyway.
Reflecting on Utah’s last couple of drafts their strategy seems to be “if he’s big he’s a fit.” Not hating they just clearly have this idea of a large physical team in their future.
Conroy does it again another great 1st round.
Honzek Gridin and Parekh are already NHLers. Gridin and Parekh may be stars, Honzek also looked great pre injury.
Reschny and Carels will be joining them soon.
Potter and Hextall get to develop together at MSU, great work Conny!
@PntrNole We got 3 RHD under 23 and one of them might have to play on the left next year (Parekh) assuming we keep whitecloud.
Carels is the better fit for our blue line and lets Parekh play on his natural side. Also gives us some much needed snarl and defensive awareness.
