@GunterFehlinger Since I see that the Turks have gathered to tell us that the Azeris are also Turks... Turkey has an issue with Greece's cooperation with Israel, yet Azerbaijan's cooperation with Israel is not a problem... π€‘
@anatoliannn@a_stalidis If Greece acquires advanced aircraft and air defense systems to deter an attack and make the cost of aggression high, that is a defensive strategic objective, even if some of those systems have offensive capabilities.
@anatoliannn@a_stalidis Greece has security concerns, like Turkey's casus belli over the Greek territorial waters in the Aegean, the continued presence of Turkish military forces and amphibious capabilities across the Aegean, and Turkey's repeated challenges to Greek sovereignty and rights.
@gren_black@anatoliannn@a_stalidis Just imagine the state of your economy if Greece were to block the funds you are given by exercising its right of veto something it could do if it chose to.
@gren_black@anatoliannn@a_stalidis Greek people pay for the defence out of their taxes, most programs are not funded. Also it is not just Greece that receives European funds; Turkey does too, even though it is not in the European Union...
@anatoliannn@a_stalidis Since Greece wants war and Turkey doesnt, then why is Turkey arming itself offensively, while Greece is arming itself defensively?
@emre198116 @05051990bp @EpiroteReport It is ridiculous that you have such a high opinion of yourselves... Of course, it doesn't suit your narrative that you were once sieging Vienna, whereas today you are confined to the Asian continent.
@emre198116 @05051990bp @EpiroteReport You gained nothing in return, and this is evident from the fact that no one recognizes you. You simply keep 1/3 of the island underdeveloped. The Greek army did not push you back because the United States intervened to prevent a full scale war from breaking out.
@XTwArsx @05051990bp @EpiroteReport Iβm very glad you asked, thatβs a great example. USA is currently working on the technology that we will see in 25 years, while presenting us the technology it developed 25 years ago... F-22 and F-35 were developed in 1997 and 2006 as an example, but nations still beg for them.
@cafemistoo @05051990bp @EpiroteReport I look at everything! When someone wants to sell, they present their products as exceptional, but in practice, that's when the difficulties begin!
@05051990bp @EpiroteReport Turkey makes a lot of noise about everything it builds, do you know who makes noise? Someone who feels the need to appear strong. Truly powerful nations keep their military innovations under wraps, they don't try to announce them ten years before they even go into production...
