@virginmedia Hi there, I’m called every week about upgrading. Have requested removal from the list each time as I’m perfectly happy with my current package, and recently opted out via text after being asked there too. How can I make sure this is registered please? Wasted time!

[Julia @saaail]

@cmorefilm Hej kan du titta på program på C More i England? Jag vill bara ha Sommar med Ernst i kallt regnigt London😅

[Julia @saaail]

@OddboxLDN Hi there earlier today I signed up as a new customer but haven’t had any confirmation emails and can’t seem to log in to my account to check (screen endlessly loads). Does this mean it wasn’t successful, or is there just a delay?

[Julia @saaail]

@nicoleocran Often find it's a regional or (whisper it) a class thing. I say pudding, fancy pants mates say dessert. I say dinner, fancy mates say supper, partner from the north east says tea.

[Julia @saaail]

@Ocado Hi there my 6-7pm order is obviously running late but I’ve had no update from the driver which is quite unusual. Would you be able to help at all?

[Julia @saaail]

@glossier Thank you! Will skin tint follow soon? Hoping to get the duo 🤞

[Julia @saaail]

@glossier Sure you’re sick of this Q (sorry!) but any update on when G11 skin tint and concealer might be back for the UK?

[Julia @saaail]

@GhenetActually Congratulations!!

@lizzystewart Good to know, thanks!

[Julia @saaail]

@lizzystewart Happy to have snapped one up! Love your winter bird print - is the paper 21cm rather than the image itself? Would you ever consider bigger sizes or a very demanding one off?

[Julia @saaail]

@pastaevangelist Hi there, when will ingredients be confirmed for your third week 13-19 April? Cheese phobic pasta lover so would love to try but concerned about options! Thanks

@thameswater Hi there I’ve just set up a direct debit but notice my bill is due 1 April which is outside of the advised set up time for DD. Should I pay the bill now before that time to avoid issues? Will the DD be taken after paying or will the system know?

[Julia @saaail]

@KurtGeiger Hi I purchased Nine West shoes in Debenhams Oxford St and after 1 wear the sole started to come away. Travelled back to store today only to be told they are “not faulty enough”, nothing the staff can do. Will email the address provided but not impressed at all so far

[Julia @saaail]

@monkiworld Thank you - Royal Mail have suggested it will be sent to you but an additional fee would have to be paid (by you, the recipient) in order for it to arrive. I don’t know how much this would be. Is there any way I can pay this to make sure my return is processed?

[Julia @saaail]

@monkiworld Hi I accidentally dropped off a return with a Hermes label at a Royal Mail collection point. What are the chances of this making it back to either myself or to you?? Have also contacted Royal Mail

[Julia @saaail]

@RoyalMailHelp Hi I’ve just realised I dropped off a return parcel at a collection point that actually had a Hermes label on instead of Royal Mail. What are the chances of this making it back to me/Hermes??
