@sharrond62 Not long back myself from my gym workout - alternate swim/gym - though as I couldn’t swim until I was 18 I don’t think I’d be near your standard 🤭😂 but always feel so good afterwards- fitness is great for health - esp as u get older like me 😉

@TheyThinkKits @BBright1905 This is why I cancelled Sky Sports around 20 or more years ago. I could see what was coming too, though I didn’t foresee match day tickets would get to £30 for a 2nd division/championship game - rarely go MOTD & radio5 for me. Sad state
