Ordered an MSI Katana 15 on 10th Oct and paid ₹78,259 upfront. The delivery date changed from 14th to 16th to 17th, and now it's 18th with no delivery. My order hasn't even reached the nearest delivery hub yet.

I'm a student, and arranging almost ₹80k was a huge deal for me and my family. I've contacted customer support too, but haven't received any proper solution or a clear delivery date.

It's honestly frustrating to pay this much and be left clueless about your own order.
