But no one cares. This is such a pathetic experience when everything is complete in my file and there is no delay from my side in providing what sales team wanted. This is draining my energy and giving me a daily trauma following up with sales team and nothing working out

@AirIndiaX I have called 8-10 times but no one helped me out. Supervisors also promised callback twice but no one showed up. I had raised a case 25386496 and a refund was promised to me but its been almost a month now and neither I received refund or information on the case.

@AirIndiaX Its been 4 days to this response of yours and no one contacted me yet. This is very unprofessional behaviour and its been 1 month since I am struggling to get the refund for something which was guided by your representative.

@AirIndiaX I have been listening this on call for more than 20 days now and you started it here too. Did you check with the supervisors who promised callbacks? Did you go through the call recording where agent promised me a refund?
I have all the recordings. how long do i have to wait now?

@IndiaPostOffice My passport was booked on 2Sep 2024 under PP914772018IN and since that day its stuck at same location. Its very urgent for me to get it asap but I am not getting any traction or update. Request you to please intervene.

@rpoghaziabad visited RPO yesterday for the email follow up on my passport application GZ1078342141223 on the correct High Commission email i.e. [email protected] but HC is saying that they have not received any email. I tried contacting RPO but there is no response

@DrSJaishankar request you to please help. Ideally These 2 officials should take care of it on their own.

If its sent to hc.singapore then its wrong. It should be sent to passport.singapore

I have been following up since last 8 months but no progress so far. RPO was using wrong email ID and I asked them to correct it yesterday. @DrSJaishankar request you or team to please intervene and direct it to right people to close it soon. I am struggling to get my passport

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart order id OD331238982309295100 has been at nearest hub from last 2 days and there is no further update provided on this, called customer care but its waste of time as usual. I am not sure why it cannot be delivered on time and nobody is checking back

@Flipkart my order OD329355723191892100 was cancelled by seller and now price of item is increased. I don’t want refund but the product and now price is increased and its your responsibility to bear the price difference as its not an issue from my end. Please help
