Last night @ Tambaram rly stn, group of thugs attacked my brother (student @VIT) & stole his bag, all college belongings. He somehow managed to save his life.
No action taken by RPF despite reporting.
Where is the law and order @AshwiniVaishnaw @RPF_INDIA? Please look into this!

No alternative flight offered on same day, offered 18 hour flight instead.
Pls re-book our flight ASAP!

I terminated my subscription 2 weeks back, still no one has come to pick the items back. Over and above, you have still generated my bill for next month...
Discussed with customer care 5 times, but nothing. Please arrange a pickup ASAP!
