Even Musa (a.s) had intrusive thoughts:
“what if they reject me?” “what if i can't speak?" "what if they hurt me?” (qur'an 26:12)
But Allah didn't tell him to “stop worrying” he said: "i am with you.” (20:46)
your overthinking doesn't disqualify you. Allah still chooses you ❤️

They betrayed you?
They broke you and blamed you for everything?
They spread rumors about you?
They laughed at your pain?
They talk wrong behind your back?
They tested for your patience?
Allah is enough!!
The disposers of affairs tell you
"Rest, leave it to me"

The main cure to overthinking is having Tawakkul in Allah. Relying upon Allah will reduce your overthinking if not remove it completely. Simply just wait for Allah's plan.

“𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘶𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘈𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘩. 𝘈𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘩 𝘪 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘦”

[Saad 🇵🇰 @Saadwithfacts]

Nothing happens to a person except that Allah has already granted them the strength to bear it and be patient with it. He knows every soul and its capacity for endurance✨

"𝘈𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘩 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘣𝘶𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘢 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘭 𝘣𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘣𝘦𝘢𝘳" [02:286]

[Saad 🇵🇰 @Saadwithfacts]

"What is TAWAKKUL?"

it means I don't have any solution, I can't see what's going to happen tomorrow, but I know one thing for sure and that is;

"𝘐𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘥, 𝘈𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘩 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦, 𝘏𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘮𝘦" (26:62)

[Saad 🇵🇰 @Saadwithfacts]

Allah will amaze you in ways you never thought were possible. Being patient is hard, but the sweetness of relief that Allah has planned for you is worthy:

𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘈𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘩 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘈𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘩 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴 [8:30]
