The reality is we’re facing a PR mess, and I’ll be the first to admit I need to talk less and let our products and @RcadeNetwork speak more clearly and officially.

I agree, respectfully, that the “founder funnel” isn’t our priority right now. What matters is acknowledging where we went wrong, communicating with precision, and fixing things for the long term.

We won’t rush to slap on a quick fix. That only leads to more stumbles.

Execution over the next few months is everything.

Focus on RCADE. Not me. Not the team accounts. Just the product.

The last thing I will say, CT needs to be less ruthless and more patient with at least founders who spend years in shipping products not just building a token narrative.

Dear RCADE Family,

I want to start saying we’re a tech startup, with a creative and cohesive culture which has led us to build games and tech that you love.

Let me remind you: we often spend thousands on cars, phones, or gadgets that don’t always work perfectly. Yet we give them time to the companies to fix things.

My first car I bought with all my money - malfunctioned, I had to be patient.

We ran into some problems, we will fix them and get by. We are building in public it is very hard.

So yes, we’ve made mistakes. We’ve hit bumps. But to tarnish what we’re building or try to write us off is unfair. I’m not here to disappear.

When I said we cannot fail, I meant I will keep showing up. No matter how hard it gets, I’ll be the last one standing.

We will work harder. We will work smarter.
We didn’t get the momentum we wanted at launch, and no one feels that pain more than us. But we’re not backing down. We will earn it back.

My father always told me:

The Claim Site is Live 🕹️

We want to thank our community for their patience and understanding during what has been a frustrating time for all. We never anticipated a scenario where ALL users would be locked out of the claim site simultaneously. As per the below, we issued a fix as quickly as possible.

At its peak, the site received over 2.4 million calls per minute, unprecedented traffic exceeding our most robust expectations. Despite being backed by industry-leading Alchemy infrastructure, it temporarily brought things down.

Let’s be clear: this wasn’t the flawless launch we envisioned, and we hear you. We hold ourselves to a world-class standard; in this instance, we fell short.

Our team is conducting a thorough investigation into the origin of the unexpected traffic surge, and we’re working around the clock to ensure stability and a smoother experience moving forward.

But let’s zoom out.

From day one, we’ve said that the $RCADE TGE is only the beginning. This is just the first spark in a much bigger vision, with the RCADE Network coming online, Node contributions enabled, and a roadmap full of groundbreaking developments ahead.
