@SwiggyCares Pointless Customer Service by you guys. First a wrong order is delivered. Your customer Success Representative says he will proceed with replacement and has vanished. Is this customer service? He has not replied for more than 20 minutes. What are your SLAs?
@NexaExperience Had the worst experience with Nexa. They forced me to give my vehicle for free service, twice and marked it a running repair. On top of it, they are again forcing and threatening me that warranty will be void if I don't give it for another service!
@NexaExperience The reason I have reached out here is that the there is no satisfactory response from those areas. I believe the Nexa Experience is - Trouble the customer to an extent that they never come back w/ queries again!

@NexaExperience I want to understand is this how customers are treated? The only reason I took a Maruti was to have peace of mind in after sales service, which has been a disturbing experience! There is no way to contact you folks as well!

I ha e raised a complaint and called Nexa wherein the call center person keeps insisting what the issue is. I reached out to Adarsha Nexa GM, he also hasn't gotten back yet!
@AJIOLife This is you sharing the same template response. Nevertheless, if not on social media, you will be obligated to share the proof when an order comes in from a court for duping consumers.

I have received a different product from what I had ordered. Upon return, you are confirming the same and denying exchange and return. This is extremely unfair.

@AJIOLife Kindly share the proof of the right product being shipped. What are the SOPs in place to determine the same. I'm sure you have the SOPs - which you are not sharing with customers.

@OneCardHelp The resolution is that I am not reaching out via a registered correspondence. While I keep receiving promotional/marketing emails, you claim my email ID is not registered.
