@OfficialStarAir @simrantiwana absolute irresponsible airline. BLR-HYD flight on 7th Sep initial scheduled for 7:40pm gets rescheduled to 10:40pm. And then no one from customer care seems to pick up the call. I am a female passenger travelling alone, I am not comfortable!!

I have reached out Nodal Officer, Appellate authority, customer care (both numbers) but zero response. I am due to fly in next 20hrs, but no one wants to respond. @airsewa_MoCA pls help.

@AirIndiaX Can you share a proof that its cancelled and not fully booked? Because it shows scheduled on all websites

Harrased by @AirIndiaX as usual- my flight from Ghy to Hyd at 1:40pm 15th June got delayed to 11pm, then cancelled. They denied providing stay, onground staff Samudra Saikia was super rude. Now I have been calling the helpline to reschedule, they are delaying that also.

And now its fully booked and I wont be able to make it to Hyd tmrw also. You guys owe me a compensation now for the difference of when I book with other airlines

@AirIndiaX @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI Absolute chaos@ @GuwahatiAirport @airindiax staff doesn't realise the inconvenience it can cause people when a flight is cancelled/delayed. Ppl had to attend funerals, ppl had first day at their jobs, there was a pregnant lady, but they didn't care. They were absolutely rude.

@AirIndiaX I have already done the chatting with Tia for rescheduling. But she connects me to another agent and the agent says he can't reschedule and this has to be done manually. At 8:30pm yesterday I was asked to wait for 3-4 hrs for a revert but I still haven't heard back.

@AirIndiaX I have been allowing you all tome since 1 pm yesterday. How long does it take to just reschedule? By the time someone reacts, the flight tomorrow will also be full. Pls help @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI as @AirIndiaX never follows any rules for a cancelled/delayed flight. Pls intervene

I m helpless as there are just 3 direct flights from Ghy to Hyd- scheduling @IndiGo6E is going to cost me a bomb 1day prior. And @AirIndiaX is taking their own sweet time to reschedule. Pls help

@SwiggyCares Listen, I am getting the same messages back to back from your team through emails or on X. So, I will have to escalate this further if I don't hear back till Monday. I am literally asking for a reverse pickup and not get paid for nothing. Its literally been more than 3 weeks now.
