Then, recd a call at 8 pm last night saying that the bag has arrived and to collect today from reservation desk. Same thing today. Continued....

No one knows anything. 4 people take details one by one but no solution. Now they say the bag has not arrived in Mumbai at all. Call centre lied to us. No Senior available to address concern. Doesn’t the @DGCAIndia lay down some requirement for airlines to fly international? The worst international airlines delivers bags the next day. @IndiGo6E is known for callous attitude towards its passengers but this one takes the cake. Not having any sight of baggage that is not loaded on a connecting flight should carry heavy fines and penalties. @JM_Scindia @Gen_VKSingh how can you let @IndiGo6E get away with this?
