Customer care support is not reachable. Tired so many times still not reachable.

@GoFirstairways Is there any other way to reach our destination?For emergency reasons, we need to reach our destination on time and go first team has done a brilliant work. There is no seat availability on train and we, customers has book on high price air tickets and now it has been cancelled.
