@IndiGo6E cancelled our flight in Dec 2025 and confirmed that we’d be compensated based of @DGCAIndia CAR Guidelines for the cost it took us to get back home. It’s July 2026 and I’m still running behind them for it. What makes it SO much worse is their HORRIBLE customer service!

In the last 4 months I’ve had multiple HOURS LONG support calls to NO avail, exchanged 30+ emails, got NEW info every few weeks, submitted ALL documents and forms they asked for anyway, and have been told 2 times that the payment is “processed” with NO PROPF WHATSOEVER.

WHATS HAPPENING?! Our train (12134) was to leave from Kumta at 20:02, got to know at 19:10 that it has left at 17:30. No notifications, no updates, nothing. Next train at Kumta(01866)delayed by 4 hours. Stranded at a deserted station now. @KonkanRailway @IRCTCofficial @Paytmcare
