Pretty proud about this one โ a big quality of life improvement to @zeropsio.
When you are deploying applications, the most annoying thing (not exclusive to Zerops) is when some build process works fine locally but doesn't in your CI/CD setup. You end up endlessly deploying new versions, ls-ing, pwd-ing, apt-ing, printing, and chmod-ing your way through with tens of pipeline triggers. It's frustrating no matter if you're trying out Zerops for the first time or are a power user (and believe me, we would know, being the biggest power users of our platform ourselves โ the countless hours this has consumed over the years).
And so, building on top of the remote web terminal access to runtime containers we've added recently, we are introducing remote web terminal access to build & runtime prepare containers. To be able to properly debug, we've added settings for pipeline debug options, which allows you to control pipeline behavior, telling the process to stop at certain points (before, after commands, and on commands fail), giving you time to access the container, debug, run commands manually, and eventually even resume the process.
My 2024 Wrapped ๐ฅน
This year, I've been more productive than ever. There's something about that weird drive I get to just work non-stop until I'm too sleepy to keep going.
> Spent most of my time at @zeropsio (learned a lot about DevOps ~ and I'm glad I get to be a part of this ~ it'll be a whole year since I got to know about @zeropsio and texted @fxckdev_ ~ lol I found him in @goatedsri's Discord server - his username was literally fxcknoob)
> Bought a MacBook Air and a phone with my own money and gifted one phone to my sister as she was going away to college.
fun fact: I didn't use a phone for about 7 years and never really called someone or did chitchatting on WhatsApp or iMessages
I'm literally so grateful to my dad for supporting me in every situation, and well ~ I wrote my first line of code when I was 11, and it was all because of @pearson's C language book.
Met some really cool people, experienced lots of betrayals, experienced some suicidal tendencies, and became a man by taking up responsibilities.
Life's been better lately - I had a problem with distancing myself from even good people.
Made my family happy :D - I'm thinking of gifting my dad a watch soon!
2025 is going to be the year when I launch products and startups, but I'll still stick to @zeropsio - no other place feels like home to work.
I never really shared stuff publicly much, but I had a chance to work at Notion as an intern.
Here's what it took me to deploy https://t.co/ochJ5Ln4Kp to @zeropsio for just $1.45 ๐
200 RTs and I'll make this open source ๐

Hey @sveltejs, could you please unban me from your Discord server? ๐
I'm not sure why I was banned, but I can't seem to find a workaround for a scrolling issue.
