Narsingdi's Puja Celebration Committee leader Dipak Saha is seen in a video assaulting a woman wearing a burqa during the unrest that led to Hasina's departure.
After Hasina fled, her home was vandalized, and the Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Council labeled it as an attack on minorities.
Will the Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Council take responsibility for the act Dipak Saha himself committed?
Another example of Hasina's brutality. The person being shot in the video is Maulana Khubaib Rahimahullah, the son of Allama Abdur Rahman Sahib, the Education Secretary of Ujani Madrasa.
Initially, several police officers brutally beat Maulana Sahib. When he tried to run away, a police officer fired multiple shots at him from behind, causing him to fall to the ground immediately (in front of Jatrabari Police Station). It is believed that he attained martyrdom at that moment.
The Mawlanas in Bangladesh walked door to door and assured the safety of the Hindus, while providing them their contact numbers to contact in emergency.
This is Bangladesh which is like a family. Those who are spreading fake news should realize, they made the biggest mistake of their life by trusting the lies of Sheikh Hasina and BAL.
I repeat, Bangladesh is like a family.
We have received extremely brutal and disturbing video footage depicting a mass killing. Earlier, we reported via Prothom Alo that 30 gunshot victims' bodies were found in the Jatrabari morgue yesterday.
Initially, we believed the police fired in self-defense during an attack on the station. However, the footage clearly shows 30-40 people trapped behind flyover pillars and road islands, unable to move due to excessive gunfire. At one point, nearly a hundred police officers emerged from the station, firing indiscriminately. As they continued shooting, they noticed the trapped individuals on both sides and unleashed a barrage of bullets, killing them. Some tried to run, but most perished where they stood. One individual, who was crawling away after being shot, was also killed. Those who managed to hide and survive were not spared either; one man in a white panjabi was brutally beaten and shot dead after pleading for his life and attempting to escape.
The scene is horrifying and barbaric. This is a clear act of mass killing, and the police officers responsible must be brought to justice for crimes against humanity.
