@RE_MarketWatch Yup, investment sounds right!!! Ask the people who wanted to buy their first home to live in and couldn’t secure anything because of RE greed investors, out bid so many times, couldn’t buy from builders(sold out). Some people event left the city , country for the shelter!

@ShaziGoalie How I feel about this is, one side is rising interest rate and on the other side is rising rent or hard to find a rental. Now, it’s a hard choice to pick.
