@BarstoolPack @NCAA Also, isn't it a HIPPA violation to ask for a person's medical record to confirm if they are vaccinated? Furthermore, the NCAA is “created by and comprised of” schools that receive federal funds, and the Association governs its members “with respect to athletic rules.”
