@user062716 !!! a large motif in her coachella performance is her tumultuous relationship with fame. i wonder if the bridal veil is a more on-the-nose symbolism of the life she’s chosen/‘married’ but may be at odds with at times (similar to as described in the monologue)
the black and white contrast in sabrina’s fashion is becoming common and so are the bridal connections. a dove during manchild (symbol of love and marriage), the bride veil in coachella, and a paradoy of the “just married” car trope in house tour, etc.
Madonna’s “CONFESSIONS II” is projected to debut at #1 on the Billboard 200 with a six-figure opening. (Via HDD)
It would become her 10th #1 album and the first dance album to top the chart since Beyoncé’s RENAISSANCE.
the framing of ‘snark’ as a moral duty has led people to rationalize an antisocial practice that is actively harming communities while hiding behind a veneer of righteousness, which adds a layer of difficulty to combatting the pervasiveness of talking points bred by these spaces
has anyone else noticed sabrina keeps visually inverting herself? coachella w1: white set + black bodysuit. w2: black set + white bodysuit. taylor’s wedding: black dress. dior couture: white dress. maybe it’s nothing, but she keeps flipping black & white like it’s a motif… 🤔
