The Supreme Court set up more than a dozen tribunals in West Bengal to hear SIR appeals, including from 27 lakh deleted voters.

Now Indian Express reports what those judges complained about.
The Election Commission's own IT portal will not let them serve notices.
They can't upload extra documents from voters, can't hold virtual hearings, and can't restore a deleted voter.
Appellants can't even download the order that tells them why their name was cut.

So the Court says hear the people, and the Commission's software says no.

Bro, imagine your father fights a 6-month case to get his name back.
The judge agrees with him.
Then the judge clicks "restore" and the screen says: option not available.

जब छात्रों की जान बचाने की जरूरत थी, तब सरकार और प्रशासन कहां थे? घटना के करीब दो घंटे बाद दिल्ली पुलिस-प्रशासन की राहत टीमें मौके पर पहुंचीं। आखिर इतनी बड़ी लापरवाही के लिए जिम्मेदार कौन है?

जैसे ही हमें सूचना मिली NSUI की पूरी टीम मौके पर पहुंची ,वहां छात्र मलबे में दबे मिले, हमारे NSUI का साथी भी मलबे म���ं फंसा मिला और मौके पर न फायर ब्रिगेड, न पुलिस, न मेडिकल सुविधा, न JCB!

हम वहां पहुंचकर अपने हाथों से छात्रों को मलबे से निकालने में जुट गये। हमने 3 बच्चो को निकाला,कई छात्रों की जान जा चुकी है और स्थ���ति बेहद दुखद है।

बच्चों को मलबे से निकालते वक्त हमें एक बच्चे के हाथ से उसकी किताब मिली। यह दृश्य बेहद भावुक और झकझोर देने वाला था ।

जिस बच्चे के हाथ में किताब होनी चाहिए थी, वही हाथ मलबे में दबा मिला। यह सिर्फ एक हादसा नहीं, बल्कि सरकार की लापरवाही और व्यवस्था की विफलता का दर्दनाक प्रमाण है।

GST Portal again failing on crucial due dates!!

With strict GST timelines, a working portal is the bare minimum.Faulty systems on last dates waste thousands of man-hours, burden taxpayers with undue interest.

Due date should be extended immediately @Infosys_GSTN @cbic_india

GST Portal is not Working Properly Since Today Morning, Users are Facing Following Issue
➡️Difficulty in Login on Portal
➡️Captcha is not Loading
➡️Again and Again Logout From Portal
➡️Problem in saving GSTR-3B
➡️Payment and Proceed to file are working only after 6-7 attempts

Kindly solve this problems as soon as possible.

@cbic_india As users are unable to file GSTR-3B , Kindly Extend the due date. Why taxpayers suffers the inability of tech company. @nsitharamanoffc @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia
