Meet Gustav Magnar Witzøe. The youngest Agricultural billionaire in the world.
At just 18 years old, he became the major shareholder of SalMar, one of the world’s largest salmon farming companies.
He inherited the wealth🙈🙈🙈
Today, his estimated net worth is about $3.8 billion.
SalMar is not an oil company. It is not a bank. It is not a tech company.
It is a fish farming company.
Think about that for a moment.
While many young people chase trends, some families are building generational wealth through agriculture.
The global agriculture industry is creating billionaires.
Not just from growing food, but from owning the entire value chain:
✍🏻Production,
✍🏻Processing,
✍🏻Branding,
✍🏻And exports.
Africa has millions of hectares of fertile land, abundant water resources, and a rapidly growing population.
Yet we continue to underestimate agriculture.
The next generation of African billionaires may not come from crypto or entertainment alone.
They may come from rice, cocoa, cassava, maize, poultry, aquaculture, and agro-processing.

If you have been trying out rat poisons and is not working, here is simple way to get rid of rats.
This medicine is sold for just 300, you need just a card of it and crayfish.
This rat you are seeing is very much alive, I know some of you will doubt it but trust me .
Just get Alucid and crayfish
Fry the crayfish a little so the aroma will come out well to attract the rats.
Open the alucid capsule and mix it with the fried crayfish.
Keep them in corners or where the rat is disturbing.
After two days, you will start seeing rats as drunk as this one in the picture🤣🤣
Any rat you see that period will not run, it will stand and be staring at you.
You just have to kpai it if you don’t like smell of dead rat or you can choose to leave it to die by itself.
The good thing is that even if your pets get to eat the mixed crayfish, nothing will happen to them because it can only kill rats.

UNDERSTANDING HOW PROMOTION WORKS IN THE NIGERIAN ARMY
One of the questions I receive most often is: "How does promotion work in the Nigerian Army?"
The simple answer is that promotion is not based on only one requirement. Passing a promotion examination alone does not guarantee promotion.
Before a soldier or officer can be promoted, the Nigerian Army considers several factors, including:
• Meeting the required number of years in the current rank.
• Maintaining good conduct and discipline throughout service.
• Good performance in assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Being medically and physically fit.
• Passing the required promotion examination, where applicable.
• Successfully completing mandatory military or career courses.
• Recommendations from the chain of command.
• Consideration and approval by the appropriate promotion authorities.
• Availability of vacancies for the next rank.
For Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs), promotion examinations are an important part of the process, together with good service records and other requirements.
For Commissioned Officers, career courses, Annual Performance Evaluation Reports (APERs), leadership ability, professional competence, recommendations, and decisions of the Promotion Board play a major role.
In summary, promotion in the Nigerian Army is based on merit, discipline, performance, professional qualifications, eligibility, and the availability of vacancies. No one is promoted simply because they passed an examination or completed a course.
Chinese people are trolling Europeans by posting videos on social media showing that even their pigs have air conditioning, while many Europeans can’t because of government rules.
