@BloodDeathWish I can confirm this is fixed, but it requires a complete level restart. It won't work from a previous version save. But that's perfectly fine.

@BloodDeathWish On Switch, I think E4M8 is bugged. Killed Tchernobog, and the teleport that opens doesn't actually teleport anything.
