This rowdy behaviour of bike rider is everywhere in india. They ride on wrong side, ride on foothpath and if you say something they start fighting and harassing.
These people should be punished in such way that bikers and rowdies should be afraid to break rule.
Same should be done for 4 wheelers if they break rule and break law.

@Indianinfoguide We break every rule when driving. Foothpath driving, driving on the wrong side etc. are rampant. These are not done by politicians. Common people breaks rule whenever they can.
However, they will get multiple licenses.
