@NightOwlSPLLC @mich3ll3_18 Issue still no resolved after doing that over a week ago so I will be looking into new system. A system that when I need help people are here to help. Not that you sit on hold for hours on end to be disconnected. Or you use your call back feature and never get called back

@mich3ll3_18 @NightOwlSPLLC They have ever excuse under the sun. I have yet to call and wait under an hour for a rep to help me. Then they can’t and tell you they transfer you to level 2 support and you sit on hold for another hour for issue not to be resolved.

@NightOwlSPLLC has the worse customer service and very disappointed due to the fact you can’t get a live person on the phone. Will be pulling and returning all my systems to the store due to lack of customer service
