I’d be happy with an apology, and acknowledgment that they have inconvenienced another person, and then do what they can to reschedule the shoot they themselves cancelled!

I am now experiencing more models last minute cancelling shoots than actual turning up for them.

I can’t be them not giving a 💩 about my time, and money and energy arranging the shoot in the 1st place…..
