I was literally shocked after knowing His suicide.

Some questions literally comes to my mind-
1.Why we are in so hurry always to End the problem,every problem has its time duration which it takes to end,Some take days,some months and some may be year!!
So please don’t lose hope of life if you can’t able to solve it immediately.
2.There is dynamic interplay of toxicity,Increased working hrs,Patient load,load of rounds,family pressure of excel,personal life,ambitions and money making .
So don’t get in trap of failing every battle because only ONE WIN can change your whole life.
99 losses don’t Matter.
3. You are more than your today’s emergency/Today’s Post ‘em duty/ward duty/MO duty etc.
If you are NOT filling OK that is completely ok.
You are NOT a slave You are resident Doctor.
4.If your department is NOT supporting you,You can go to Doctors association,if association is NOT supporting we @DrDhruvchauhan @Indian__doctor @angryoldman27 @askdheeraj @DrKaranjuneja are there 24*7.

We may reply late and some times can’t able to support you directly but Can raise your issue with full blow.

Suicide is preventable!!!!
