@SurajyaAbhiyan has formally written to the Union Telecom Minister (@JM_Scindia) and the Chairperson of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (@TRAI), demanding immediate, nationwide action against inactive telecom towers ("#GhostTowers") and unauthorized SIM boxes.

The representation highlights a dangerous trend where international cyber fraud networks operating from overseas route calls through abandoned, unmonitored rural towers. Using illegal GSM gateways, foreign calls are masked as domestic Indian (+91) numbers, deceiving citizens through "digital arrests" and financial scams.

🚨 In the interest of public safety and national security, Surajya Abhiyan has demanded:
➡️ A mandatory 100% geo-tagging audit of all inactive telecom towers within 30 days.
➡️ Strict financial penalties (from ₹50 Lakhs up to ₹5 Crores) and criminal action against negligent tower companies and operators.
➡️ A nationwide crackdown on fraudulent e-KYC SIM activations and complicit distributors.
➡️ Real-time network monitoring to flag sudden signal drops exploited by illegal gateways.

The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate today issued notice in the petition filed by us under Section 175(3) against Sanjay Azad and his daughter over derogatory posts on X concerning Bhagwan Shri Krishna, Bhagwan Shri Ram, Bhagwan Shiv, Maa Durga and Maa Saraswati.

The concerned SHO has been directed to submit a detailed Action Taken Report on our complaint.
