5. A front office executive who values winning and is willing to take risks (J Batt vs Brad Holmes)
6. Finding top tier recruiting and draft classes that can change the future of the program (GT 2025 Recruiting Class vs Lions 2023 Draft Class)

With a favorable schedule with a good mix of easy wins and resume building wins in 2025, the Jackets are going to make a push for not just an ACC title game but for the CFB Playoff
