@JioCare I’ve already shared my JioFiber account details. My billing cycle starts on 11th of the month - 11th May for this month, and I won’t be paying a single penny if you still don’t disconnect my connection permanently, as I’ve been requesting disconnection for the last 2 days.

Jiofiber WiFi has been down since morning & I’m only getting repeated automated ETA messages with changing timelines. No proper support or clear update, and my work is getting impacted. If this isn’t resolved urgently, I’ll discontinue JioFiber and switch to Airtel WiFi
@JioCare Why is it so difficult to close a JioFiber connection permanently? This is really pathetic, and Jio is actually committing fraud.
