@SingaporeAir I have always liked to travel by SIA. My last trip along with family from Bengaluru (SQ511) wasnt one of those. Crew denied luggage space in spite of having 1 piece per person. Service was shoddy & food was not upto standard. I hope this is just one off.

@SingaporeAir why can I not use the SIA app to reschedule my flight? It was working until few days ago and suddenly it stopped working. Call customer care would take forever to connect. It even takes 3-4 hours even in the Orchard service Center. Any other options?
