Bakwas experience from kotak support team , not required customers now to kotak , while spending amount for usein credit card milestone benifits are not delivered Customer if want to raise complaint denied to customer - Support person Jyoti.

@KotakCares Rewards are clearly on Spending and now they denied for milestone rewards benefit while used card before time line ..now they argue for Its not settled to merchant same day

Explain me It's rewards for Merchant or me not logic to tell very bad experience don't use kotak card !

@OneCardHelp Inko Contact ka access mat do ... Inka khud ka contact number available nahi hai na card par na website par , jo available hai kabhi lagta nhi ...aur customer ke pure contact list par call karenge ye Really bad experience, @RBI not doing in this any of strict action?
